INDIANA BEACH PARK POLICIES
Dress Code
- Guests must be neat, clean and wear conventional dress.
- Clothing with inappropriate language or graphics is not allowed.
- A shirt that covers back and midriff or swimsuit coverups are required on all rides.
- Shoes are required in all areas of the amusement park / boardwalks and on all rides.
- Shirts or swimming suit coverups are required outside of the waterpark at all times.
Park Rules
- For the safety of all of our guests, we reserve the right to inspect all belongings brought into the park. Outside food, drinks or coolers are not allowed in the park. Picnicking and grilling are not allowed in the park or parking lots.
- Indiana Beach is a tobacco free facility. Smoking, chewing tobacco, or e-cigarettes are not allowed along the boardwalk or midway areas and are allowed only in designated areas outside of the park.
- Line jumping is prohibited and may result in removal from the park without a refund. This includes place holding and guests may not leave a line and return to the same place in line.
- Alcoholic beverages may not be brought in, and alcoholic beverages purchased in the park may not be taken outside of the park gates.
- Running, unruly behavior, or profanity are prohibited and may result in removal from the park without refund.
- Pets are not allowed in the amusement park, water park, hotels or cottage units. Service animals as defined by the ADA are exempt.
- Shoes are required for entry and bare feet are only allowed within the water park area.
- For the safety of all of our guests, weapons of any type including sharp objects and pocketknives are not permitted.
Waterpark Rules
- Appropriate swimwear is required. Cutoffs and thong style swimsuits are not allowed in the water park.
- Shoes are not allowed on the water attractions.
- Children under 48” (without footwear) do not meet the height requirement for the water park slides.
- Strollers are not allowed in the water slide area. They are permitted in the Sandy Beach area.
- Children under 48” are required to wear a life jacket provided by Indiana Beach or a Coast Guard approved PFD.
- Only Indiana Beach provided floats may be used on water slides or the Action River attraction.
- There is no smoking, e-cigarettes, or other tobacco use allowed in the water park.
- No coolers or glass bottles are allowed in the water park.
- Infants or children who are not potty trained are required to wear swim diapers at all times in the water park.
- Changing is not allowed on the beach or restrooms. Changing rooms are provided in the Bath House located upstairs across the boardwalk.

Safety Guidelines
- Certain rides and attractions have restrictions based on height and/or size, as well as for physical and medical conditions. Signs are posted at each ride entrance to provide you with the safety guidelines for that attraction.
- Most rides do not permit carry on or loose items. We suggest loose items be left with a non-rider or placed in a locker. Purses and fanny packs are considered carry on items.
- Ride restrictions are subject to change without notice
- Indiana Beach is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- All children under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult 18 years of age or older at all times.
Rider Responsibility
There are inherent risks in the participation in or on any amusement ride or attraction. Patrons have a duty to exercise good judgement and act in a responsible manner while participating on the ride or attraction and to follow all oral and/or written warnings. Patrons also have a duty to properly use all ride and attraction safety equipment provided. All guests are required to comply with all local, state, and federal laws as well as park rules and policies at all times.
